I found a logo. Wait, no. It wasn’t even lost. I created a logo. I attempted it. All by myself. If this was 10 years ago, I would have been able to get away with inserting the forever alone meme. But it’s not. And are memes still a thing? I’m not sure. Wherever have I been?
I’ve been everywhere and nowhere, really. But now I’m here. And I’ve created a logo that I am content with.
Sure, a professional could do a way better job. But, see the way my finances are set up at the moment, this will suffice.
I’m happy. I’m so happy about this new domain. This new logo. I’m so happy that I finally found a hobby/side hustle that doesn’t even feel like work, although it is called woodworking. Seriously, it’s so fun, it just doesn’t seem like work at all.
Don’t get me wrong, I am putting in the work, but it’s just fun. I love it. And I’m glad I will be able to share my creations with you.
It’s me (Vintage Nopal), my beau (Daniel’s Den Creations), and our powertools. I say, our, but actually they are his. It was his Christmas gift from me to him. But I love them, I want my own set. More about them in future posts.
So, we have joined our craftiness, ideas, time, and talents to create, create, create.
I am in and out doing so much scavenging, searching, buying, creating, shipping, delivering, and then some, that it seems I can’t find a time of day for my blogging. But, I will. I will. I will.
It’s a fun hobby filled with so much. I’m so excited to share them. I should possibly take out my DSLR instead of relying heavily on my phone’s camera.
I appreciate your patience as I tried to get this site to finally showcase the things that truly matter to me.
Fun Fact: The location indicator on the logo is actually where I am located. A small town extremely close to the Southern tip of Texas.
Alright. I’ll have to head back to some finishing touches on my project. I’ll keep you posted. Laters.
